Roro Jonggrang Story of Middle Java Jogyakarta

Folklore Jonggrang is a folk tale that comes from the region of Yogyakarta, Central Java. If my friend all been there, certainly a lot of people are advised to stop into an attraction Prambanan. Well it seems there is a story behind the story of the historic building. The story is well known by the name of Folklore Jonggrang.

When my friend visited attractions Prambanan, pal will find a statue called the statue of Goddess Durga. The statue of Goddess Durga who is believed to be the reincarnation of Queen Jonggrang condemned because of the imposture.

Jonggrang

It is said, there was a prince named Radén Bandung, the king's son named David Seymour Damar Moyo. Radén Bandung is a prince of the famous and powerful magic sacred. In Seymour, a kingdom named Boko Palace. King Boko Palace named governor and the minister bernam Gupalo, both of them are eating giants Mansia. But King Boko has a daughter who is very beautiful princess named. One day King Boko intends to expand the empire to strike Pengging. Prabu Boko gather forces to invade the kingdom of Seymour. Heavy fighting ensued, bloodshed was inevitable. Many victims from both sides. To reduce the people who were killed, King Damar Moyo ordered his Radén Bandung to direct duel with King Boko. Thanks to the power and magic of Radén Bandung, Prabu Boko was killed.

Prabu Boko listen killed, colonize ordered his troops to withdraw from the run to the palace. Raden Bandung certainly not remain silent, he immediately pursue colonize and the remaining troops to Keraton Boko. She was very upset to find that Jonggrang who commit fraud behind the failure. Raden Bandung Bondowoso very angry and change Jonggrang become a famous statue of the Goddess Durga statue to complete the 1000 temples.
