On this happy occacion, firstly, we praice up our thanks be to the presence of God, the All loving, for showering us with blessings, so can assemble in this place for healthiness and nothing less.
Whould you like to give permission as the chairman of tgis Anniversary committte saying," Welcome" for Ladies and Gentlemen and audince coming admidst this happiness in case of Anniversary of the 10th Jogja College. We are glad and proud that in the relatively short trip, Jogyja College has provided real contribution.

A good college cannot be measured based on the graduation and the quality of graduation, but how far is the contribution provided by the college in building the people. Because the curriculum thought in the recent college has still no consideration that the college as a place to educate people,It is not excessive if we quate the statement by President Julius Neyere in ' the University's role in the development of the new countries' that universities in the developing society have to put the tasks on the nations' subject matter urgently and it cannot be escaped from the people and humanity goal... The university's role among society is as the contributor, providing any idea, human labor and other service to bring forwards of human fairness human's prestige...
Meanwhile, people need one or more values from external society where the college comes, however the external values studied are, in general, the rewards of money and personal materials and economic advancement. In the same, the colleges and instructors are usually respected for other reasons, Here is the college not just respected for the educational value, but also the people's status symbol.
Therefore, Ladies and Gentlemen and the audience whom we deeply honor, As he college owners, we develop thinking pattern, that after graduated later have to work with big salary, so I can take return on investment for education can be recovered in some years later. If this pattern of thinking is planted on each graduation, and they will compete each other to find materials well and thier humanitarianusm goal will be disregarded. Therefore, the college has developed the tradonal functions that reject any effort to change or improve physically in meaning or in learning process.
