Brief History Prophet Idris

Not much information obtained about the story of Prophet Idris in the Koran and in the books of Tafseer and the historical books of the prophets. In the Qur'an there are only two verses about the Prophet Idris is in Surah Maryam verses 56 and 57:

 "And mention (Hi Muhammad to them, the story) Idris contained in the Quran. In fact he is a very correct and a prophet. 57 - And We raised him to a high dignity." {Maryam: 56-57}

 Prophet Idris is the sixth descendant of Adam son of Yarid bin Mihla'iel bin Qinan bin Anusy bin Syith son Adam and is the first descent into the Prophet's prophetic gifted  after Adam and Syith.

 Prophet Idris according to history while living in Egypt where he was preaching to the religion of Allah teaches monotheism and worship worship God and give some guidelines for the life of his followers in order to save themselves from the torment of the Hereafter and devastation and destruction in the world. He lived to the age of 82 years.

Among some advice and words of pearls is:1. Patience of faith in God bring victory.2. Happy people are those who are wary and expects the intercession of his Lord with deeds sholehnya.3. When you invoke something to God and pray that your intention was likewise ikhlas  fasting and your Prying .4. Do not swear in a state you lie and do not close oath of those who lie so that you do not ally them in sin.5. Obey the king-king and magistrates submit to you and fill the always mouth-mouth with thanksgiving and praise to God.6. Do not envy the people who are good fate, because they will not be much longer and enjoy the goodness of his fate.7. Anyone who goes beyond the simplicity that nothing would satisfy him.8. Without handing out favors obtained a can not thank God for the blessings he earned it.

n relation to the word of God THAT Prophet Idris raised his high dignity in his commentary Ibn Abi Hatim narrated THAT Prophet Idris died when he was in the fourth heaven brought by an angel Wallahu a'alam bissawab
